In Bashkiria, 2 billion rubles have been allocated for additional payments to medical professionals

More than 30 thousand specialists – doctors, mid-level and junior medical staff – in Bashkiria receive monthly special salary bonuses. For these purposes, the Social Fund branch for the Republic of Bashkortostan has allocated more than 2 billion rubles.

The amount of the payment depends on the time actually worked and is determined by the time sheet data. At the same time, the key criterion is the type of settlement in which the medical worker is employed.

In cities and districts with a population of up to 50 thousand people, the maximum bonus for doctors is 50 thousand rubles, and for mid-level medical staff, it is 30 thousand rubles. In settlements with a population of 50 to 100 thousand people, doctors can receive up to 29 thousand rubles, and mid-level specialists — up to 13 thousand rubles. In large cities with a population of over 100 thousand people, the bonuses are 18.5 thousand and 8 thousand rubles, respectively.

The department's press service clarified that the Social Fund branch acts only as an operator of transfers. The medical organizations of the republic form the register of medical workers eligible for payments.
