What laws will come into force in Russia in June
The State Duma reminded us of the laws that will come into force in June 2026.
The mechanism for writing off credit debts (which entered into force on May 25) continues to apply to participants in the special military operation. Now it also applies to those who concluded a contract between May 1, 2026, and extends to their spouses.
Land lease agreements they conclude will automatically be extended for an indefinite period.
One of the parents or children of a military serviceman may take leave with him in several cases, including when the child's father is not officially married to his mother.
In total, since 2022, 168 federal laws have been adopted to support participants in the special military operation.
