Ministry of Science and Higher Education has approved new procedure for submitting documents to postgraduate studies
Starting in 2026, applications for postgraduate studies will be submitted exclusively through the "Gosuslugi" portal.
The official document regarding the new admission rules for postgraduate studies has been published on the legal information website.
Starting in 2026, applications will be submitted electronically exclusively through the "Gosuslugi" portal. It will no longer be possible to do this through university websites, as was done previously.
Additionally, an application for admission to postgraduate studies can be submitted either in person at the educational organization or by mail.
The deadlines for admission and enrollment, as well as other basic rules, remain unchanged.
