In Ufa, ducklings wandering on roadway were rescued

The rescued ducklings were sent to the Chishminsky District, where a new foster family is waiting for them.

On the eve, an unusual incident occurred in the Dyomsky District of Ufa — a wild duck with a brood of ducklings went for a walk right onto the roadway on Ukhtomsky Street.

Residents Olga and Roza noticed the feathered "offenders" and reported them to the district administration.

Duty officers Aigul Kamenets and Elvera Khaibullina promptly responded to the call. By the time they arrived, the little ones had been caught, but the mother duck, frightened by the commotion, flew away.

The rescued ducklings were sent to the Chishminsky District, where a new foster family is already waiting for them.

"Thank you to the caring residents, Olga and Roza, for the tip and help! You are true heroes!” the Dyomsky District administration thanked the eyewitnesses.

Earlier, a duck with many offspring became the star of a lake in Ufa.
