In Bashkiria, four wildfires were extinguished over last 24 hours
This is facilitated by hot weather and a lack of rain.
According to the press service of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Emergency Situations, over the past 24 hours, one forest fire was recorded in the Kugarchinsky District of the republic, and three cases of dry vegetation fires occurred in the Baymaksky and Chekmagushevsky Districts and in Ufa. All fires have been extinguished.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, there have been 10 forest fire outbreaks covering a total area of more than 83 hectares and 176 cases of dry vegetation fires covering a total area of more than 322 hectares, the agency reported.
