In Bashkiria, guide-instructors will undergo certification
On July 1, 2024, a federal law came into force, introducing mandatory certification for guide-instructors. This requirement applies to specialists working on routes that require special accompaniment, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the RB reports.
Guide-instructors previously entered into the unified federal register without undergoing certification (via a simplified procedure based on lists from tour operators or regional sports federations) are required to confirm their qualifications. They must undergo full certification by October 1, 2026, in accordance with the schedules established by the specified federations.
