Resident of Bashkiria kicked female police officer in stomach
The defendant pleaded guilty.
The Gafuriysky Interdistrict Court issued a verdict in the criminal case against a 38-year-old resident of the village of Krasnousolsky under the article "use of violence against a representative of authority in connection with the performance of their official duties."
According to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in January of this year, the man caused a scandal with a young woman he did not know and inflicted bodily injuries on her. Upon receiving the report, an investigative team went to the scene and found the perpetrator showing signs of intoxication.
He was taken to a district hospital for a medical examination, where he kicked a female police officer in the stomach, causing her bodily injuries.
The court sentenced him to 10 months of imprisonment to be served in a settlement colony.
