31-degree heat is expected in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic of Bashkortostan gave recommendations on how to behave in hot weather.
According to the department, variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected in the republic this evening and throughout the day tomorrow, with wind gusts of up to 17 m/s in the south. Precipitation is not expected.
Air temperature at night will be +10-+15° in mountainous and north-eastern districts, down to +5°; during the day, +26- +31°.
“When you are outside, do not forget about safety rules. To prevent overheating, heat and sunstrokes, it is recommended to avoid exposure to direct sunlight and wear light, loose clothing made of natural fabrics, be sure to wear light headgear and carry a bottle of water with you,” recommended the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
