Resident of Bashkiria had his car seized for tax debts
Since the beginning of 2026, bailiffs have imposed 5,824 seizures on the property of debtors for a total amount of more than 2.4 billion rubles.
Due to tax debts, a Chevrolet GMT 900 car was seized from a resident of Bashkiria. The claimant went to court, and enforcement proceedings were initiated. The debtor was given a period to repay the debt voluntarily, but he did not take advantage of this opportunity.
Now, if the debt is not paid within 10 days, the car will be put up for auction, and the proceeds will be used to pay off the debt, the republic's bailiff service reported.
