In one of maternity hospitals of Bashkiria, 24 sets of twins were born in April
Joyful statistics for the second month of spring were shared by the Republican Clinical Perinatal Center.
In total, 888 babies were born in the medical facility in April, including 447 girls and 441 boys.
Among the 24 sets of twins, 10 pairs were boys and 8 pairs were girls. There were also 6 "royal twins" born (a girl and a boy).
The weight of the largest baby was 5240 g, and the smallest was only 680 g.
