Program about Bashkir horse will be shown on Russia-1 TV channel
In Ufa, the Russia-1 TV channel filmed a segment about the Bashkir breed of horses. Elena Nikolaeva, a star of the program "Morning of Russia", visited the capital of the republic.
Filming took place at the "Zhukovo" equestrian yard, the Institute of Biochemistry and Genetics of the Ufa Scientific Center, the Ufa Lemonarium, and also at the Central Market of Ufa. In her report, Elena Nikolaeva will discuss unique research on the genome of the Bashkir horse, conducted by scientists from the "Bashkort Aty" Bashkir horse research institute and the Institute of Biochemistry and Genetics of the UFRC RAS.
Kumis makers told the federal TV channel about their secrets for preparing healing kumis. The segment will also show the achievements of breeders and geneticists at the Ufa Lemonarium.
