Radiy Khabirov named main thing in development of child prevention system
Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, in his speech today at the plenary session of the 25th All-Russian Congress of Children's Rights Commissioners, emphasized the importance of close interaction with educational organizations, teachers, and specialists working with children in developing the prevention system. Separately, he touched upon the issues of working with at-risk teenagers.
