Bashkiria reduced export of valuable feed additives for animals
Sugar and oil extraction plants in Bashkiria have reduced export volumes, the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor reported.
Since the beginning of the year, the republic's enterprises have sold more than 27,000 tons of animal feed – granulated beet pulp and sunflower meal – to countries near and far. Most of the feed for farm animals, or 23 thousand tons, was shipped to Latvia.
A year ago on the same date, sugar and oil extraction plants in Bashkiria exported about 47,000 tons of granulated beet pulp and sunflower meal.
