Gates opened at Bashkiria reservoir

Gates were opened at the Nugush reservoir. Every spring, after active melting of snow and ice, the hydraulic structure discharges excess water. The reservoir level has been lowered to safe levels to prevent the dam's destruction and flooding of coastal areas, the directorate of the national park "Bashkiria" explained. Guests and residents of the village of Nugush witness a beautiful spectacle every year.
