Over the past week, the Ufa administration received 1105 appeals from citizens, Deputy Mayor for Media Relations Dmitry Cherenkov reported at an operational meeting. Most of them relate to road conditions, housing and communal services, and urban transport.
The greatest dissatisfaction among Ufa residents is caused by the condition of roads, the cleaning of public spaces and courtyards, the removal of garbage and snow, and heating. Due to the established warming, some citizens are asking to turn off the heating, while others write that there is not enough heat in the radiators. In connection with this, the head of the city, Ratmir Mavliev, instructed that the issue of turning off the heating be addressed in an organized manner, taking into account weather conditions and residents' interests.
