In the current season, city services will plant more than 1.7 thousand trees and 5.4 thousand shrubs in Ufa. Public spaces in areas without engineering utilities are being used for landscaping, the mayor's office explained. This spring, 9 more alleys with comprehensive improvements will appear. Trees are being planted both on a planned basis and as part of the "Green Bashkortostan" republican campaign.

Over the past four years, 63 alleys have been established in Ufa, and more than 18.5 thousand large trees and almost 37 thousand shrubs have been planted.
