In Ufa, exit from capital to airport will be renovated

The Ufa airport road at the exit from the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan is planned to be renovated in 2026, reported Viktor Zhulkov, First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Bashkortostan, on the program "Chestno govorya".
"The funds for this have been allocated; last year we completed the entrance to Ufa, and this year we will do the exit. In 2020, we repaired the Ufa Airport road using a new asphalt concrete mix based on Superpave technology, designed for heavy-duty operating conditions. During peak hours, traffic there exceeds 120,000 vehicles per day, amounting to about 15,000–20,000 per lane. With such high traffic intensity, this road has lasted us 5 years," Zhulkov said.
