Mass checks of drivers are taking place in Bashkiria

In the Sterlitamak district, at the 135th kilometer of the Ufa–Orenburg highway, mass checks of drivers are currently underway. This was reported by the chief state traffic inspector of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Vladimir Sevastyanov.

"The main goal is the prevention of accidents and the suppression of gross violations: driving under the influence, driving without a license or after being deprived of one, as well as violation of the rules for transporting children," explained Vladimir Sevastyanov and urged people to treat the raids, aimed at safety on the roads of the republic, with understanding.
