Ufa streets where scooter traffic will be restricted or prohibited have been named

"The city is maintaining 'slow zones' where speeds are limited to 15 km/h. The restrictions will affect Lenin Park, parts of Pushkin Street, Lenin Street, and Zaki Validi Street," the Ufa mayor's office noted. "On a number of central streets, as well as the territory of Ivan Yakutov Park and Sovetskaya Square, scooter traffic will be completely prohibited."

City cameras will monitor violators. In addition, joint raids with the police are planned.

As Bashinform previously reported, last year, the most popular routes for Ufa electric scooter riders were along Lenin Street, 50-letiya Oktyabrya Street, Prospekt Oktyabrya, Pervomayskaya Street, and Stepana Kuvykina Street.
