In Ufa, permission from mayor's office will be required to launch drones

In Ufa, a municipal service has been introduced: "Issuance of permits for the performance of aerial work, parachute jumps, demonstration flights, UAV flights (excluding drones with a maximum take-off weight of less than 0.25 kg), tethered balloon ascents, as well as landings (take-offs) at sites located within the boundaries of the urban district, information about which is not published in aeronautical information documents."

This service can be obtained by legally capable individuals aged 18 or older. This also includes individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that use airspace by the nature of their activities, the document states.

The deadline for providing the municipal service is 30 calendar days from the date of the request's registration. No state duty is charged for it. You can submit an application through the MFC, Gosuslugi, or on the Ufa administration website.
