Power and might of nature: in Bashkiria, footage of ice drift on Nugush River was shown

Residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan were shown spectacular footage of the ice drift on the Nugush River near the Kashalya cordon. The natural phenomenon was captured on video by employees of the Bashkiria National Park.

The river has begun to clear of ice, and this process was captured on video.

"The power and might of nature," commented the nature reserve, warning that one should not approach water bodies closely during ice drifts.

The ice drift this spring across the country started earlier than usual, which is associated with changes in climatic conditions.
