

The water in the Belaya River has been rising little by little, and at the same time, the warm air has thawed the ice. Ice drift is expected in the coming days. On Friday, the process began on the Inzer (a tributary of the Sim River, which flows into the Belaya). Today, the ice broke on another tributary of the Belaya — the Nugush River.
According to the Bashkir Hydrometeorological Center, the water level of the Belaya River as of Monday morning rose by 27 cm near Sterlitamak and by 25 cm near Ufa.
The Ufa River near Shaksha rose by 19 cm, and the Dema rose by the same amount.
