Asphalt concrete plants in Bashkortostan to launch in early April

Asphalt concrete plants in Bashkortostan will begin operations after April 6. This date was announced by the Republic's Minister of Transport and Roads, Lyubov Minakova, during a government operational meeting at the Center for Republic Management. Once they are launched, pothole and major repairs can be carried out using hot asphalt concrete.
As previously reported by Bashinform, 24 plants operated in the republic last season. Their processes are automated and computer-controlled. The composition of the required asphalt grade is set by the plant's laboratory. The laboratory also checks the quality of the finished mixture by performing a series of mandatory tests on an asphalt sample taken from the batch.
