

All regions have received the spring flood forecast from Roshydromet, which was reported at a meeting of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
According to specialists' forecasts, water levels above the norm are expected in the Central and Volga Federal Districts, the Urals, the southern Far East, and Siberia.
"For example, risks of hazardous phenomena are predicted in the Moscow, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, and Samara regions," noted the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Alexander Kozlov.
