Bashkir honey is in high demand in Serbia

Bashkortostan has exported its first batch of honey to Serbia this year, according to the Rosselkhoznadzor administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The oversight agency recently inspected 40.3 tons of natural honey prepared by a Ufa enterprise for export to Serbia.

"The first 136 barrels of honey shipped from the region for export this year were inspected and cleared at the State Border of the Russian Federation and on transport. Before shipment to the foreign counterparty, the honey underwent full laboratory testing and meets the requirements of the importing country," noted the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for Bashkortostan.
