Spring hunting season kicks off in Bashkortostan

On March 23, the acceptance of applications and issuance of permits for spring hunting of feathered game will begin in the republic, the Ministry of Nature Management and Ecology of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported.

In the spring, it is forbidden to hunt female ducks, capercaillies, and black grouse. Hazel grouse, coot, moorhen, gray goose, willow ptarmigan, and rock ptarmigan are also prohibited.
