Ministry of Emergency Situations for Bashkortostan has issued important statement

In the coming 24 hours, adverse weather phenomena — fog and glazed frost — are expected across the territory of Bashkortostan, the regional main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned.

The air temperature tonight will be -2°, -7° (dropping to -12° during clearings). During the day, the air will warm to +1° to +6° (up to +11° in the mountains). Wind: variable, 0-5 meters per second. No precipitation is expected.

Drivers are advised to reduce speed, maintain distance, and avoid abrupt maneuvers in foggy conditions. The Ministry of Emergency Situations advises pedestrians to be careful when crossing roads.
