Post offices in Bashkortostan will change their operating schedules for International Women's Day on March 8, according to the Federal Postal Service Management (UFPS) of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
March 8 will be a day off for most post offices in the republic. On March 7, they will close one hour earlier than usual, and on March 9, they will return to their regular schedules.
As noted by the UPS press service, mail carriers will not deliver letters, newspapers, or magazines on March 8. Pensions and benefits will be delivered according to a schedule coordinated with the branch of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation in Bashkortostan.
