

Synopticians say the warm wave may be delayed.
Moscow meteorologists noted that the snow in the capital might melt later than usual, and if the snow cover persists until May, it will be a historical first. To melt the snow accumulated in the capital region, a fairly long period of temperatures at 0 degrees will be needed. Rain and fog could help; usually, these factors align around the 20th of March.
Bashgidrometcenter specialists reported that snowmelt dates in our region may also shift.
