Rescuers warn residents of Bashkortostan about dangerous weather phenomena

The State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Emergency Situations warns of deteriorating weather conditions and slippery roads.

According to forecasters, snow of varying intensity is expected in the next 24 hours, with ice in some areas. Air temperature at night will be -8 ° and -13 °, and during the day it will be -2 ° and -7 °.

On March 2–4, precipitation in the form of snow and wet snow is expected, with freezing rain in some places, ice, wet snow accumulation on wires and trees, and snow drifts, packed snow, and icy conditions on the roads. Air temperature at night will be -4 ° and -9 °, and during the day it will be +2 ° and -3 °.

Residents of the region are urged to be vigilant and contact EMERCOM in emergency situations.
