Traffic restrictions were introduced on federal highways in Bashkortostan
Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the M-7 "Volga," and M-5 "Ural" federal highways in Bashkortostan, the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The restrictions apply to freight and passenger vehicles on the following sections: M-7 "Volga" from km 1171 to 1229 (from the border with Tatarstan to Dyurtyuli); M-5 "Ural" from km 1194 to 1363; and from km 1480 to 1548.
Authorities advised drivers to avoid traveling in these areas until weather conditions improve, to exercise extreme caution on the roads, and to follow the instructions of road services.
