

Traffic has been temporarily halted on a section of federal highway M-5 Ural in Bashkortostan due to deteriorating weather conditions. This was reported by the chief traffic police inspector of the republic, Vladimir Sevastyanov.
The temporary restrictions apply to freight and passenger vehicles on the stretch of the M-5 Ural highway from kilometer 1480 to 1548.
"Today, due to adverse weather conditions, starting from 19:00, a temporary restriction on movement for freight and passenger transport is being introduced on the section of the federal public road M-5 Ural in the Republic of Bashkortostan from kilometers 1480 to 1548 (the village of Russky Yurmash)," Sevastyanov stated.
According to preliminary data, traffic will remain restricted until 07:00 local time on February 16.
