Work is underway to integrate the Eastern Exit into the city's transport network, on the section from Salavat Yulaev Avenue to Komsomolskaya Street.
The new four-lane road, 1.1 km long, will provide convenient access to Salavat Yulaev Avenue and, in turn, to the federal highways M-5 and M-7. This will relieve congestion on the central streets and save thousands of drivers time, said Mayor Ratmir Mavliev.
The project includes extensive invisible work to reconstruct utility networks. The total length of the new communications is 12 km.
"We are completing the installation of domestic sewage along Salavat Yulaev Avenue and laying stormwater drainage. We plan to finish the entire complex of construction and installation works in 2026," the city manager noted.
