Residents of Bashkortostan warned about severe weather

Strong winds, icy roads, fog, and temperatures down to –27°C are expected in the republic.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkortostan's press service, cloudy weather with clearings is expected over the next 24 hours, with light snow in some areas. Winds will be southwest at 5–10 m/s, with gusts up to 18 m/s in some places.

Air temperatures will range from –22 to –27°C at night and –12 to –17°C during the day.

Some road sections will be icy, with fog at night and in the morning, reducing visibility to 500–1000 meters.
