Festive events to take place in Kumertau, Republic of Bashkortostan

Until February 16, the Agency for the Development of Youth Initiatives is holding an online contest titled "The City Through Young Eyes." The Sapsan Sports School is organizing public skating sessions and a figure skating festival for its visitors. Everyone is invited to enjoy the sporting activities.

The Center for Children's Creativity will present a concert program called "A Dear City Full of Sounds." The Local History Museum will host an Open Day, where residents can learn about the city's history and the settlement of Babay.

For younger residents, the Central Children's Library will organize a local history walk-and-quiz titled "There Is Such a Town — Kumertau," where children will compete in their knowledge of facts about Kumertau, the city administration reported.
