Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkortostan warned of deteriorating weather conditions

According to Bashgidromet, icy conditions and drifting snow on the ground are expected across the republic on February 2.
Over the next 24 hours, cloudy weather with occasional clearings is forecast across the republic. At night, light snow will fall in some places; during the day, light snow, locally moderate. In some areas, icy conditions and drifting snow on the ground are expected, meteorologists report.
In some places, wind gusts will reach up to 14 m/s. Icy patches are expected on certain road sections. At night and in the morning, fog with visibility of 500–1000 m.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan recommends that drivers remain attentive on the roads and, if possible, refrain from long-distance trips in conditions of reduced visibility.
