Residents of Bashkortostan warned about snowfalls
In some areas, wind gusts will reach 15–20 m/s.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Bashkortostan's press service, cloudy weather with occasional clear spells is expected over the next 24 hours. Snow is forecast across the northern half of the republic, with locally heavy daytime snowfall, blizzards, ice, snowdrifts, compacted snow, and icy road conditions.
No significant precipitation is expected in the southern half of the region. The wind will be southerly to southwesterly at 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s in some places. Nighttime air temperatures will be -8 to -13°, and daytime temperatures will be -3 to -8°. Visibility on highways during weather phenomena will be reduced to 500–1000 meters.
