Residents of Bashkortostan have begun using republic's State Services portal more frequently

In 2025, residents of Bashkortostan began using the State Services portal of the Republic of Bashkortostan more frequently, according to the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Over the past 12 months, the portal was visited approximately 674,000 times, a 21.5% increase compared to the previous year. The digitalization of government services is a key goal of the national program "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State."

"The regional State Services portal is as popular as the federal one among residents of the republic. An average of almost 2,000 users visit the site daily. We will continue to develop electronic state and municipal services for the convenience of citizens and businesses," explained Gennady Razumikin, Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The State Services portal of the Republic of Bashkortostan is a republican portal offering a wide range of online services. A distinctive feature of this electronic resource is the availability of state and municipal services with regional specifics.
