Head of Bashkortostan's traffic police warns drivers about mass inspections

The raids are related to child safety.

This morning, as part of the preventive campaign "Attention – Children!" and the special social initiative “Don't Harm a Child, Buckle Up!", inspections are being carried out in Ufa on Komsomolskaya, Akhmetova, and D. Donskoy streets, as well as in the village of Nagaevo near School No. 147. The checks focus on compliance with rules governing the transportation of children in vehicles, Bashkortostan's chief traffic police officer, Vladimir Sevastyanov, reported.

"Along with our colleagues, members of parent patrols and young traffic inspectors are taking part in these activities. The inspections are aimed at raising awareness of child road safety. We ask drivers to treat these measures with understanding," the republic's chief traffic inspector noted.
