In 2026, Bashkortostan plans to carry out 46 projects under the federal program "Modernization of Utility Infrastructure," the regional Ministry of Housing and Utilities reported. Total funding will amount to 1.0694 billion rubles, including more than 695 million rubles from the federal budget. A total of 175 kilometers of utility networks will be repaired.
In addition, using funds from the write-off of two-thirds of debt on infrastructure loans, the repair and reconstruction of another 181 kilometers of networks will continue. The implementation period for these plans is set for 2025–2028.
