A development plan for the area bounded by Selskaya Bogorodskaya, Ferina, Glinka, and Tukhvat Yanabi Streets has been approved in Ufa. The corresponding resolution is posted on the city administration website.
The project involves the demolition of metal garages, the sports and fitness center at Secondary School No. 31, and a kiosk, totaling 1,712 square meters. The sports and fitness center of Secondary School No. 31 will be reconstructed in the eastern part of the block. The project does not include any new residential development.
As a reminder, in September 2025, Ufa authorities signed a contract for the reconstruction of an inflatable sports and fitness center in the Inors microdistrict on Ferina Street. The cost of the work will be 295.8 million rubles, allocated from the city budget. This information is posted on the state procurement website.
According to the contract, the contractor is required to demolish the old air-supported building of the sports and fitness center and construct a new one in its place. The new facility will house a multi-purpose gymnasium, a wrestling hall, a weight room, a table tennis hall, and auxiliary facilities. Work is expected to be completed by November 2026.
