Traffic restrictions for freight and passenger vehicles have been introduced on the M-5 Ural highway from km 1480 to km 1548 in Bashkortostan. As reported by the republic's chief traffic inspector, Vladimir Sevastyanov, the restrictions will remain in place until 9:00 a.m. on December 29.
"We strongly urge all road users to plan their routes, taking these restrictions into account, and to comply with all road sign requirements. We recommend refraining from travel until weather conditions improve," Sevastyanov said.
