Residents of Bashkortostan were asked whether December 30 will be shortened working day

For residents of Bashkortostan and all Russians working a five-day workweek, December 30 will not be a shortened working day, since December 31 is not a public holiday in Russia.

As previously reported by Bashinform, December 31 and January 9 are rescheduled days off. Thus, the New Year holidays will last 12 days — from December 31, 2025, through January 11, 2026, inclusive.

The first working day after the holidays will be Monday, January 12.
