Ufa–Inzer–Beloretsk highway closed to traffic

The Ufa–Inzer–Beloretsk highway in Bashkortostan has been closed again from km 64 to km 204 (in the Arkhangelsky and Beloretsky districts). Traffic for freight and passenger vehicles was suspended starting at 6:30 a.m., the republic’s State Committee for Emergency Situations reported.

The restrictions were introduced due to adverse weather conditions. The area is currently experiencing heavy snowfall, blizzard conditions, reduced visibility, and icy surfaces.

Traffic is expected to resume at 2:00 p.m.
