Abnormally cold weather is expected in Bashkortostan

According to the press service of the State Emergency Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan, abnormally cold weather is expected in the region from December 24 to 26, with average temperatures 9-14°C below normal. Temperatures will drop to -26°C to -31°C at night, and to -36°C in clear skies, and to -20°C to -25°C during the day, with some areas experiencing light snowfall.

Temperatures across the republic will begin to rise during the day on December 26.
