Ice skating rink to open near Teploye Lake in Ufa
An ice skating rink is being prepared near Teploye Lake in Ufa, the city administration reported.
Preparatory work included clearing snow from the fenced rink area measuring 15 by 60 meters, followed by an inspection of the fencing. After that, equipment — a GAZelle truck fitted with a water tank — began flooding the area to form the ice surface in several layers. Once the ice layers have fully frozen, test checks will be conducted to assess the surface quality. If the results are positive, the rink will be put into operation and opened to the public.
