

The support measure for university and vocational college students who have been left without parental care has been in place since 2014.
The scholarships have been awarded for the 2025–2026 academic year. The corresponding decree signed by the head of the Ufa city administration, Ratmir Mavliev, has been published on the official website of the mayor's office.
According to the document, the payments are intended for orphans and children left without parental care who are studying at vocational and higher education institutions in Ufa. The city's guardianship and trusteeship department is responsible for awarding and presenting the scholarships.
