Bashkortostan exports large shipment of grain to Kazakhstan

Bashkir grain is in demand in Kazakhstan, the Rosselkhoznadzor Directorate for Bashkortostan reported.

An agricultural enterprise from the Karmaskaly District of Bashkortostan shipped more than 1.6 thousand tons of food-grade wheat to Kazakhstan.

The grain consignments underwent all required tests at the Bashkir Testing Laboratory, a subordinate of Rosselkhoznadzor and part of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH." No dangerous quarantine organisms were detected.

"The tested wheat samples comply with GOST standards and the phytosanitary safety requirements of the EAEU," Rosselkhoznadzor noted.
