Teachers at multilingual schools receive additional payments in Bashkortostan
There are 11 multilingual schools in Bashkortostan.
An incentive payment of 20% of employees' salaries at multilingual schools in the republic was introduced in 2024 at the initiative of the Head of Bashkortostan. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ural Kilsenbaev at a working meeting.
He also stated that, starting in 2023, the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan increased the cash incentives awarded to the best teachers of Bashkir and Russian languages and literature from 50 to 100 rubles.
Recipients of the 50,000-ruble cash incentive include 20 teachers of native language and literature and 20 teachers at multilingual schools in the republic. Over the past three years, 55 teachers at multilingual schools have received the cash incentive. In addition, the directors and teachers of multilingual schools travel to other regions every year to share their experiences.
