Bashkortostan has once again been recognized as leader in consumer protection

Bashkortostan has taken first place in Russia in the federal consumer protection rankings, according to the republic's Prime Minister, Andrey Nazarov.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the region has been a leader for the third year in a row.

"This is the result of systematic work. There are approximately 880 municipal consumer protection programs in the republic. Over the past nine months, more than 17,000 residents have received free legal assistance, over 200 claims and lawsuits have been filed, and damages worth almost 6 million rubles have been prevented," Nazarov said.
